  • Stimulate closings with limited-time incentives, e.g. lower pricing and special offers.
  • Feature urgency messages in mailings to the existing lead base as well as build them into radio, print and online advertising for additional exposure and lead generation.
  • Create collateral and presentations that emphasize the variety of living options in a simple, clear way.

Results

Residency Counselors reported sales as a direct result of urgency mailers. A 'Summertime Specials" offer, for example, generated four sales specifically attributed to the mailing.
