Web Designer/​E‑Marketing Manager 

Job Description

DHD is looking for a talented Web Designer to help us level up our email marketing, landing page and social media campaigns. We’re looking for someone that has a passion for good design, clean code and the ability to take a project from raw assets to finely tuned production ready deployments.

A WD/EMM works as part of the creative team— under the supervision of the VP of Interactive Services— and is responsible for designing, coordinating, and managing UX and HTML assignments. The assigned includes wire frame designs, site map flow, design, coding, content migration, launch and maintenance.

Essential to this job are the abilities to work to the highest executional standards across a range of digital media.
To perform effectively within constraints of schedule and budget and to produce compelling and strategically relevant solutions that fulfill project parameters. Proficiency with

CMS platforms and production methods is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the client team, developing concepts and coding out templates for HTML emails and related landing pages.
  • Manage the email deployment calendar for a range of clients. Analyze and communicate campaign metrics with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide support with various website redesign efforts, including CMS content population, code cleanup, browser and accessibility testing.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor and Hubspot. 
  • Firm understanding of HTML/CSS and Javascript.
  • Working knowledge of Figma and Photoshop.
  • Ability to run reports for Google Analytics – GA4
  • Proficiency in PHP, Javascript Frameworks or CMS systems such as Craft CMS, Wordpress or Drupal would be highly considered.
  • Previous agency experience and work portfolio is a plus.

  • Be adept at time estimating
  • Always challenge yourself to improve
  • Be aware of budgets and upcoming meetings
  • Be prepared to communicate with clients when necessary 
  • Stay enthusiastic and add creative insight whenever possible 
  • Fill out timesheets accurately and on a weekly basis
