1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We may collect and store, for a reasonable amount of time, a limited amount of data from any information you voluntarily submit on this website and any information collected by, joint marketing partners linked to within our website, as well as from other third parties. Examples of the information we receive from other sources include: social media profile information; marketing leads and search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links). Upon request, we will inform you about the source of such information and the type of information we have collected about you within a reasonable period of time after obtaining the personal data, but at the latest within one month.

DHD is not in the business of collecting personal data nor are we interested in collecting and storing such data simply for the sake of doing so. 5. DO WE USE GOOGLE MAPS?  

We use the the Google Maps APIs on our contact page. You may find the Google Maps APIs Terms of Service here. To better understand Google’s Privacy Policy, please refer to this link.  By using our Maps API Implementation, you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service.             


6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?  

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 6 months.  

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.   


7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE  

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. 8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS? 

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. Any user may contact DHD and request that any personal information be deleted, for whatever reason, from any digital medium or database under the direct control of DHD.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.  


11. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?  

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
