Davis Harrison Dion Takes Home Illinois Governor’s Conference Award

The 2013 Illinois Excellence in Tourism Awards – which recognizes innovative tourism marketing initiatives that promote the outstanding destinations, attractions and events throughout the State of Illinois – has honored Davis Harrison Dion’s work for the Rosemont Convention & Tourism Bureau. Of the 137 entries submitted, the dimensional mailer for The Park at Rosemont entitled ​“Coaster” won the Best Sales Collateral Award.

Behind the success of this work was the unique approach the direct mail piece took in showcasing the destination. The award-winning submission for The Park at Rosemont featured individual, custom-designed coasters to represent each venue within the newly opened entertainment district.
