Parkshore Juanita Bay is a new Luxury Senior Living community concept nestled in the heart of Kirkland – Seattle, WA. A new construction boasting a number of ground breaking amenities. Parkshore Juanita Bay is one of the greenest senior living communities in the country with a designation of LEED Certified.
We helped the Parkshore team develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and a range of targeted marketing campaigns. The website needed a refresh, and we decided to build this project using Wordpress to stay within the ecosystem they were comfortable with.
The site design and functionality was drastically improved, with a dedicated events section, fully featured blog, and a range of new interactive elements. Not to mention improved mobile compatibility and a focus on SEO best practices throughout. The improvements helped to better position the website as a platform for the various marketing initiatives ahead.
