Friendship Village sought to host a unique lead generation event that would draw people from within the community and distinguish themselves from all other senior living communities.
Together with DHD, Friendship Village capitalized on recent events celebrating the 120th anniversary of the 1893 Chicago World’s Fair by hosting its own one-of-a-kind commemorative event. To promote
the event, DHD designed a creative direct mail piece that unfolded to reveal a replica World’ Fair poster.
The event was a resounding success with 300 attendees intently listening and learning about this important time in Chicago’s history. The event also produced 101 new qualified leads, and local coverage from the Chicago Tribune helped elevate the profile of Friendship Village.
